Custom systems shaped around the program.
OlenArc designs, builds, and operates portals, workflows, assessment and reporting systems, and grant dashboards for Native-serving and public programs. A senior team, staffed to the work: one accountable delivery lead, a named engineering lead, and specialists added by scope.
Three kinds of systems, built around the job
Program portals & workflows
Role-based portals, application and intake flows, referrals, approvals, and e-signatures — so residents reach services and staff stop re-keying forms.
Assessment, reporting & evidence systems
Assessments that carry the program’s own logic — scoring, evidence tracking, and the reporting that satisfies accreditors and funders.
Grant operations & dashboards
Applicant portals, review queues, awards, post-award reporting, and budget and impact dashboards built for leadership review.

Tribal programs and Native nonprofits, city and state agencies, higher-ed programs, and foundations — as a direct vendor on RFPs and fixed-scope engagements. Federal primes can engage us as a subcontractor through Federal Partners. Program and foundation inquiries are answered within two business days. Civilian and unclassified; accessibility requirements and testing are incorporated into delivery.
Direct accountability, specialists by scope
- One accountable delivery lead — stays with the engagement from discovery through acceptance and ongoing operations. Committed specialists are named by scope in the proposal or SOW.
- Working prototype in about one week — aimed at the workflow that hurts most.
- Usable baseline in about two weeks for a bounded workflow with clear data and decision rights. Integrations, migration, security review, accessibility testing, and rollout are scheduled separately where required.
- On-site when it matters — when local context, staff handoffs, or rollout conditions materially affect the system, an on-site working session is part of the scope.
