Overview · for Native-serving programs
OlenArc
AI software for Native-serving programs that run on federal funding.
We started in Utqiaġvik, Alaska — the northernmost city in the U.S. — and our grant platform is in production across all eight North Slope Iñupiat villages. We turn the work a funded program is already on the hook for — grants, audits, intake — into tools that mostly run themselves. We ship the one bounded tool a program needs, not a giant platform you bend your work around. The client owns and can export everything we build. We’re a partner and ally — not Native-owned.
What we build
Why OlenArc
- Arctic-born, village-deployed. In production across all eight North Slope Iñupiat villages — not a pilot.
- You own your data. The client owns and can export everything; no lock-in, no resale, no training models on it.
- An ally, openly. Not Native-owned, and we say so. We earn trust by being useful and transparent.
- Grant-ops fluency. 2 CFR 200 / Single Audit prep and subrecipient monitoring, proven — not just promised.
- Fast, fixed-scope builds. Sprints from one week, scaling with system size; the code lands in your repo and cloud.
